General Awareness Increase

I recently added Ginko to my supplements but found that I did not notice anything from taking the 60mg tablets, so I upgraded to this product. Once I upped the dosage I could tell that my awareness was increased and I would seldom forget things.
I highly recommend this product over the 60mg dosage for most people.
I've used Vitamin Shoppe brand supplements and supplements for several years and have always been pleased with their quality and prices.

My father takes these after a recommendation from his doctor. The pills are very effective in helping the blood circulation to his brain. He takes it every day, and swears by them saying that they make him much more alert. His physician says that the Ginkgo Biloba is helping his circulatory system. The only thing to be careful with is the dosage. 120 mg is a high dosage- he only takes that much, because it was recommended by his physician.
