Seems to be working

I personally never used it, but my uncle uses it and it seems to be working as he is not that forgetful as he used to be before. May not exceptional results, but definitely helps and does not seem to have side effects.

The Irony of a Memory Supplement

I like Ginkgo Biloba supplements for myself and others I care for, for a few various reasons.
I picked up a bottle of this brand one time when I was in a hurry and pleased with it's lower price and high mgs.
When I got it home and had a chance to look at it better, I couldn't help but laugh to myself about the irony of a supplement used commonly by so many people that instructs users to take:
2 capsules 3 x's a day. In many cases, if the user could REMEMBER such things as taking supplements 3 x's every day, they wouldn't need things like Gingko Biloba.
Fortunately, the people I purchased it for, do have pill organizers so they DID take theirs, although they were irritated by the inconvience of having to take MORE pills, more often. They were effective, but I will be sticking with standardized brands that need only be taken once a day for effective results.
A Double Positive

I have used this brand (Sundown) for almost a year now with amazing results. I couldn't go wrong, this Ginkgo brand was less pricey and it works wonders. Great product! Now that I'm in my forties, the tendency to forget is often the case if Sundown Ginkgo Biloba is not in my system, so I always try and make the effort to keep it on my vitamin & nutritional shelves.
