Help people to sleep at night

I tend to have a few times where I will have trouble sleeping. I talked to several people about any good sleep aides. Many of them pointed me towards the Melatonin that GNC carried. The first time I tried it, I felt nice and relaxed. For the most part, I only take it when I feel I have restlessness, and it definitely was as effective as people said. I definitely would buy this product again when I run out.
It really works

This is an excellent product. I myself have tried it and my sister in law has been on prescribed sleeping pills, and she has switched to this product. It does give you a very restful sleep, and you don't feel tired in the morning, or like a zombie all day. This is a great product and I would tell everyone about it.
sleeping well

This product is great for sleep. The time-release makes it last longer and I can get my 8 hours of uninterrupted rest. It does not have any side effects of drowsiness the next day. I have more energy and am able to focus better at work because I was able to sleep so well.
When sleep is a must

I don't have trouble sleeping most of the time but on those occasions like before an important trip or a meetings. I use this product and it relaxes me so I can get the rest I need without the "foggy" feeling in the morning some products gave me.

I use this product and find it is a great alternative to other sleep aids because this doesn't leave me feeling "groggy".
My doctor had me on a prescription sleep aid and all I wanted to do was sleep and felt like a 'zombie' walking around all day.
I tried this on the advice of my dad who has used melatonin for years. I highly recommend this product and I sleep so well now.
