Grape Benefits without Wine

I have read many studies about the beneficial effects of drinking a little bit of wine every day, specifically for heart and circulatory system health. However, I don't care for alcohol at all and wondered how to get these benefits while maintaining my preference of not drinking alcohol.
The solution was grape seed extract! It provides the protection of a glass of wine every day without the alcohol. I gave this product a 4.5 instead of a 5 because you may not necessarily feel any results, but can be confident that it's providing the necessary antioxidants for heart and circulatory protection to help prevent problems in the future. As we all know, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!


No change in Skin

I have ugly looking skin and I wanted to change it so its better to touch and doesn't look gross. I used this grape seed extract for 8 months and I saw no substantial change so I gave up on this product.
