These small capsules pack a powerfully healthy punch. I have taken Grape Seed Extract for several months and have been able to tell an incredible difference. This stuff is good as it will help you recover from a cold or help you not get sick. You do need to eat right and get enough sleep too in order to keep healthy. This supplement has good affects on killing bacteria. Just don't use it all of the time or it will not have as good results as it first did.

We've used this during various illnesses and it boosts recovery time. You do have to be aware though, that it kills all bacteria in the body-good and bad-so you need to eat yogurt with it, just as if it were an antibiotic prescribed by the doctor.
