Green tea has the antioxidant known as polyphenol, specifically Epigallocatechin-3-gallate.
This ingredient provides health benefits like reducing blood pressure, preventing cancer, lowering LDL cholesterol, and fighting oral bacteria that causes plaque, thus the reduction of tooth decay.
Green tea also has caffeine, polyphenols with EGCG, theanine which is a type of amino acid, catechin, chlorophyll, butyric acid, vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E, F, P, U, and certain minerals like saponin, saccharides, and pectin.
