I like this Dhiss product. I Used this product And Have Lost 9 pounds though I drink it after a meal and almost before I fall asleep at night.

This product is green tea in a capsule! I've been taking this product for over a year now; I've never experienced nausea after taking it. I'm not too sure about the weight loss part but I have lost 15 pounds since last summer so maybe there's something to it . . . all I know is if I'm taking a vitamin, why not take one with a little extra to help out?

I'm a big believer in drinking Green Tea. It is loaded with cancer fighting agents along with promoting a healthy heart. I picked this supplement up from GNC a month ago and use it occasionally when I don’t have any tea available. Great replacement for the actual tea and it sells at a good price. If you haven’t been taking green tea then you should definitely give this product a try.

I started drinking green tea about five years ago when I met my fiancé. However, about three months ago I started drinking only water. I've been using this product as my replacement, and it's wonderful. It's sold right around the corner of my house at a local GNC, so there is never a problem in finding this product. It works absolutely wonderful. The only advice I have to give is to take it after a meal because the milligrams per serving is very high. I was use to drinking green tea all throughout the day without getting sick, and the first day I took this pill I felt very nauseous. Great product! Great price! Great benefits from taking it!

Green tea can act as a natural appetite suppressant, which is what I have used this supplement for in the past. I usually drink green tea daily, but this is great for on-the-go. Try taking this 30 minutes before meals to naturally help with portion control. This is much safer than a lot of the mainstream diet products.

I didn't notice any outstanding weight loss with this product but I did take it along with an exercise routine with the hopes that it would speed up the ole metabolism. I did lose weight but was it due to the Green Tea or just the exercise...don't know for sure. There may be other benefits of Green Tea so I would definitely recommend this product.

This Green Tea Supplement is wonderful. The only draw back in it is that it has 108mg of caffeine per serving, which is higher then most green tea supplements on the market. It has 190mg of polyphenols, which is very good. Overall this is a great, cheap product.

I am very sensitive to multi-vitamins and this one seems to work for me. I take it after lunch with a full stomach and I don't get nauseous. It has some of the highest dosages available, especially B vitamins and Selenium. Haven't noticed any weight loss, this will be my second bottle.

Great and easy to take pill, especially if you are like me and hate the taste of green tea. Luckily, I can take this and reap the benefits without the horrible taste.

I believe in drinking Green Tea. I thought I would try this product because it's from GNC. I believe it's a good product, but it is better to drink green tea after a meal because it speeds your metabolism up. I was used to doing this, so taking the capsule in the morning upset my routine. I recommend this if you would prefer taking a capsule compared to drinking the tea.

I got this because I really didn't like the taste of green tea but, I wanted the benefits that go with drinking green tea. It's great! I just make sure that I take 1 pill a day and I don't have to worry about drinking the tea.

I am a firm believer in the power of green tea and it's ability to help boost the immune system and inhibit cancer tumor growth. I have added this to my daily regimen in pill and liquid form. I try to drink as much tea as I can, but I also take this supplement. It was highly recommended by a very health conscious friend whose advise I trust.

This is such a great product!! I never cared much for the taste of green tea, and this product is perfect! No more having to deal with the taste of green tea, but you get all the great benefits of it. Plus, it's made by a reputable company, and it is very affordable!

I love the benefits of green tea but do not like the taste of it. Have tried it both hot and cold..........no way. So this is an excellent way of getting all the benefits and no aftertaste involved. One quick swallow and your health will thank you for it. Better than some I have used and will definitely recommend.

I have been using this extract for 3months and don't know if i can live without it anymore. My appetite is under the best control when taking it and i have considerably lost weight and inches!!
I have tried other products with a stronger mg content but get headaches and nausea and irritability. So im forever sticking with this one!!
