Great Green Tea product, but note the low dosage..
by Jordan S

As far as green tea products go, you really can't go wrong, they are all pretty much the same in ingredients, but not dosage or EgCg levels. EgCg is a primary, and very potent antioxidant, prevalent in green tea. Though some products may be advertised at 100mg dosage, (such as this one) the concentration of EgCg in that 100 mg may be anywhere from 10% to 75% based on the product quality. As far as green tea supplements, this one is pretty solid at about 60mg (60%) EgCg per 100 mg dosage. Though with 100mg capsules, you would need to take many more in the day to reach the optimal 200-400 mg of EgCg per day. You may be better off purchasing Source Natural's 500 mg capsules and getting about 175 mg per serving twice per day! I have been using many different green tea products over the last year, I would definitely recommend everyone to take them! They will support overall health, strengthen and aid your immune system, and for some people, it will even help control your appetite and give you and energy boost! Whatever green tea you do decide to purchase, check out how many milligrams (mg) of EgCg are in each serving! Shoot for 200-400mg per day (in multiple dosage times) for optimal benefits!

Great for the cost!
by Jane M.

A green tea supplement to me is about the same all around. The kicker to me is the price! You cannot go wrong with the price of this supplement. Why pay more when you can get what you need from something that is priced right! I am a health nut, so I use alot of supplements. I know what my body needs to keep it healthy and clean, and green tea is something that I learned about 5 years ago and have kept it part of my healthy and active lifestyle.

Green Tea Supplement
by William Duong

I have been taking Green Tea for a long time. Antioxidants are important when it comes to keeping a clean and healthy body. Unless you want to eat large portions of blueberries, it is usually a good idea to use a supplement of Green Tea, which is high in antioxidants. The reason I'm giving this a three is because most Green Tea supplements are the same - they provide the same benefits. It is entirely plausible to take a generic brand, and get the same results.

Green tea on the go!
by Albert

This product really does give the "bang for the buck." It's just as good as the other competitors but at a cheaper price. I recommend this to anyone out there because it will make a believer out of you. Enjoy.

Not bad
by K

Not a bad product. It is a very low dosage so the efects are not as dramatic pr quickly occuring. But for the price of four dollars for thirty tablets it is not bad. I think it is better taking a few of these and paying low prices than it is taking onehigh dose and paying five times the price.
