A lot has been written about the benefits of green tea as an antioxidant. My daughter has been taking it for a couple of months for the benefits and also because it was stated on the Oprah show that it also has some qualities that promotes weight loss. Anything that makes me lose weight is a boon. I along with my daughter will continue to take these pill. They are inexpensive and we have the added benefits of green tea.

This extract is a great value for the price. You can get the same benefits as several cups of tea instantly. I don't always have the time or inclination to brew a cup of green tea, so I appreciate having it readily available. The antioxidant benefits have helped me fight off all those cold and flu bugs flying around the office at work. Good Stuff!
