I have suffered with insomnia for as long as I can remember, I don't like taking sleep meds because its hard to wake up and sometimes I start to like them too much being that they are addictive. Melatonin works. I have noticed that their is a difference with each brand that puts this dream drug out, melatonix has a simple dosage system, comfortable release and easily drift off to sleep. I take just a quarter of the indented tablet and I'm fine.. and finally asleep.
