I really like this particular brand of melatonin. I found that it worked well for my system. I normally don't respond well to medications with sleep aids added, but this, perhaps because it is natural, didn't bother me at all. I keep it by my bedside and take it at least three times a week, depending on my need. It has now become a staple in our house.
