This is one of the few brands available in 5 mg. Perfect for the night worker who has problems sleeping during the day.


Still feeling unrested in the morning

As far as this product working to get to sleep, yes it truly does work. I would take one of these at night and find myself ready to drift off within 30 minutes which for me on my own takes hours. My only problem with this was that after waking up it took me forever to be able to really get my mind and body going. And by noon I wanted to take a nap! This was the down fall but I had to quit taking it because of this.

I have had trouble falling asleep for as long as I can remember and I have been on prescription medicine on and off for years. This product does what it advertises and I have used it now for over a month. I fall asleep within 20-40 minutes and I awake refreshed in the morning without that hung over feeling!


Very effective

This stuff works very well. I am a raging insomniac, and these definitely make a difference in the quality of my sleep. I've also tried the 3 mg variety and I find these do a much better job. You'll probably be okay with the 3 mg, but these will definitely work if those do not.


Too much for me

I have been using this brand's Melatonin products for years now. Only recently have the 5mg become available in my area. The 5mg was a little too much and intense dreams were more prevelant. I weigh 145 lbs, so I switched back to the 3mg which seems to be perfect for me.
