I heard that melatonin keeps you sleep better. I am a very light sleeper and when awakened have difficulty getting back to sleep. When I was looking for a product to help me, I found this one. I like the Schiff brand because I have had success with so many of their other products. I love their Move Free line and have given many of their other products a try with much success. This product produces the best sleep I've had in years. I sleep deeply and I sleep regularly.
Tips:
- Although it varies from person to person, melatonin can work relatively quickly. Make sure you take it when and where you are able to get a good sleep.
- If you take it regularly, your body starts to find a regular sleep pattern that works for you so try to be consistent with your intake.
