Great Natural Way to Get a Good Night's Sleep

This brand of melatonin was given to me by my mother-in-law along with some other natural calming supplements. By far, this was the best. I have a highly stressful job and this melatonin really helped me get a good night's sleep, especially when combined with a hot bath of Epsom salts. I liked this product so much that I went and bought another bottle after the gifted one ran out.

Ahhhh....Sleep!

I used to work a graveyard shift, and had the hardest time adjusting to "daytime" sleeping. But then I discovered Melatonin....and slept like a rock! I don't need it anymore since I have moved on to a more normal work schedule.....but I will certainly order a bottle of Source Naturals Melatonin for my Alaska trip this summer!
