I travel internationally a lot for work, and jet lag is my worst enemy. I didn't know about melatonin until a few years ago, but it's been a necessary thing ever since I found out about it. Just take a couple 24 hours before you fly and voila....much improved jet lag!


Help for Sleep

I used to take Melatonin, but it would give me intense nightmares and disturbing dreams, so I stopped taking it. I saw the Twinlabs controlled release version and thought it would be more beneficial without the side effects. I was definitely impressed, and use this Melatonin only when I really need it. I have found it to be effective and I feel much safer taking it since they are on controlled release. The nightmares are gone and good sleep has returned!
