I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and haven't noticed a difference with inflammation with this product. On the flipside, I do know this product helps pull out heavy metals and it does lower your tnf protein. As long as you're taking vitamin C and supplementing the metals you need like iron, I think this is a good supplement to take regardless if you can feel that it's working. I've been taking it for two months and I'm hoping eventually I notice a difference.
