Well being that I really have not tried too many different acetylcysteine products I can only tell you how I felt after using this one. This product was recommended by a nurse who is a very good friend of mine and informed me of the benefits of this antioxidant in women. Apparently, she said that women suffering from yeast infections or things of that nature would have less occurrences if they consumed this product on a regular basis. I liked the fact that after using this product I found my PMS cycle to be more calm and relaxed. Although I had to wait just about a cycle to see its' effects I feel it is well worth it. I have been a loyal customer for about 5 months and have had no desire to change brands.
