I suffer from psoriasis. I heard that Grape seed extract could help. After I had been taking it for a month, I noticed my skin was a lot moister than it had been. It reduced the Psoriasis plaques considerably.

My husband swears by this Grape Seed Extract! He was a smoker for a number of years and sometimes he has a hard time breathing. He takes this and it helps clear his lungs! I can tell when he hasn't taken it for a while because his breathing changes and his skin looks a little drawn.
