Good for reduction of fluid retention

Although this product is used by most people as a cardiovascular supplement, as it contains powerful anti-oxidant capabilities, my girlfriend takes it regularly to reduce swelling in her ankles from water retention, particularly before and during her monthly period. Since we live together, I see how badly swollen her ankles and feet sometimes are when she arrives home after sitting all day in front of a computer at work. Since it's a natural substance produced by grape vines, she likes that she doesn't have to worry that it's another dangerous chemical that will cause her problems down the line. She has recommended it to other women at work, as well as to my half-sister, who now takes it, too. Since it's helpful also as an adjunct to one's prevention of heart and artery disease by preventing clumping of blood platelets which may lead to blood clots, it's a good supplement to start early in life.
