Pomegranate does work

A well-published Israeli study about five years ago proves that pomegranate juice is a very powerful antioxidant that actually strips plaque from your arteries. It takes six months of daily use for the maximum reduction of 37% plaque. A few patients in the study reduced their plaque occlusion by 41%. There was no further reduction after six months, but it did greatly help keep plague from reforming. The older underlying plaque unfortunately is too "ossified" and there is nothing yet to take it off other than angioplasty. Still, a 37% reduction from a simple capsule is pretty amazing and may keep you from surgery or a heart attack or stroke. I've been using a different manufacturer's product for six months now, but Vitabase is offering a much better deal. I am definitely goiing to switch over to this product.

Good deal

I heard of the benefits of pomegranate juice but I didn't like the taste or price so I started taking Pomegranate 500 mg by Vitabase for over a month now. While I haven't seen much of an increase in energy to say it's working well, I do know it's an inexpensive way to get the extra anti-oxidants that we need in our diets. It's also a way to promote a healthy heart so I will continue taking it for a few more months and see if I notice any improvements.

Very Good

I had told my mother to take some pomegranate, and she chose Pomegranate 500MG. After around 2 weeks she noticed that she was feeling more energetic, and more awake. She usually gets very little sleep! But by taking this she feels more awake. There was one problem though. She took more pills than needed and had diarrhea. If you take the requested amount the product will suit you well! I am going to start taking this product this coming week!

Waste of time and money

I tried this pomegranate supplement for about a week before tossing it out. I noticed no difference in energy levels or my general feeling of well being. Looking at the ingredients, it seems more like a lower-end multivitamin. I would recommend Glyco Essentials if you are looking for increased energy levels and a good multivitamin for everything else.

Pomegranate is perfect

Ok, who can actually say they don't want energy? Come on now. This product stands behind it's name, and it does wonders to increase your energy level. It is a great price, and 500 mg per pill is outstanding. I would recommend this to anyone.
