I feel good, even great, about using this product every morning in my “power” smoothie, which I prepare before going out to exercise. The combination of fruits, veggies, and whole grains packed into one scoop of this powder provides more antioxidants and phytochemicals than anyone could possibly acquire in the process of a normal diet.

This is a great product! We did have to put it in capsules so it was easier to tolerate getting it down. It really does work especially combined with other Garden of Life products! We recommend Garden of Life Perfect Food!
