I am currently taking Revenol in conjuction with Maximol and other stuff like greens and omegas and have acheived a really good energy level to try and build my muscle tissue as good as I can before a potential surgery. I also take protein after working out as well as some MSM. Many people have assured me that it is ok but I'm still going to make an appointment to see a real nutritionist to make sure these are good supplements for me.
