Free radicals are highly reactive compounds that are created in the body during normal metabolic functions or introduced from the environment. Free radicals are inherently unstable, since they contain “extra” energy. I have allergies and always got more than my share of colds. I have been using this product for about 3 months and I think it has helped me a great deal. When I do get a cold the duration is far shorter and the symptoms are not as severe. Great product and I would rate it a 6 if the score went higher!
