I first came upon Melatonin five year's ago when a doctor told me about it and how it could help me sleep on nights when I would have problem not being able to get to sleep. I have used this product from Twin Lab and it does work. It takes anywhere from thirty minutes to one hour to work for me, but when I have to use this product I get an good night's sleep.
