I have found this product to be all that it had claimed. After following the suggested guidelines of eating right and drinking plenty of water to detoxify along with regular walking, I found my acne to be much improved. Although it did take awhile to see the results, they were very much worth the wait. I did find that it was best to take them with plenty of water as they are a little odd tasting. I would recommend this product to anyone dealing with acne.
