Great on Eczema, but that's not all

My stepson had eczema on his face, he looked like he had a birthmark across his face. The special attention cream cleared it up. I don't have eczema, but i use it to heal burns from cooking, stop mosquito bites from itching and in the winter on my legs and feet when my skin is especially dry and flaky.
