I actually had great results using this product, but only with my skin. I didn't see any results with my hair growing, but my skin glowed from the inside out. My nails grew longer and were very white. I didn't see results for about a 4-6 weeks after using product. You just have to give it time. I also was living a healthy lifestyle. I am a licensed esthetician and I always recommend this product to my clients.
