Meant to protect, not regrow

My father has been using this product for several months to help with his balding. He had hair to start out with but he hasn't really grown much more of it. Instead, he has stronger hair that can take much more abuse that is involved in an average day. Even though it did not regrow my father's hair, it did make him very happy to know that the hair he had left would stay there for quite a while longer. The reason I gave this a 4 would be because it doesn't offer new hair but instead offers your existing hair more time to survive the times.
