I used it as a body wash/scrub as they directed and my skin did feel really soft afterward. You do have to rinse out the shower afterward, but it was worth it. I also used it on my face when I had something (more than regular acne) show up. This time I used it like a regular face pack and let it dry, and it did seem to help draw it out and heal it up.
