Didn't Notice Too Much of An Affect

I really wish "Focus Attention" lived up to it's name. When I took the two capsules, I really expected it to work like they said. I didn't notice anything significant during the month I used it and my memory and attention didn't increase at all. I did like that it was in a capsule form though, which made taking it easier.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this product. It did not work for me and was very expensive. Your mileage may vary, however.
It works for me

I am a college student and I have a lot of trouble keeping focused in some of my classes. I take Focus Attention before long lectures and exams and it really helps me get in the zone. I would suggest this medication to anyone who is having a hard time keeping focus.
Don't waste your money

I have tried so many OTC remedies for adult ADHD and this was by far the worst. I experienced mood swings, grogginess during the daytime, and leg cramps, while taking this drug. I could not see that it helped me at all to concentrate or focus. If anything, it made my symptoms worse. I would definitely recommend that anyone thinking of taking Focus Attention should focus their attention on something that really works.
Attention Supplement

Usually before a big midterm or final, I take an attention focusing supplement, even though I don't have ADD or any actual medical problems. This is because while I don't want an actual drug that messes with my brain, I need some supplements that can increase my ability to think critically and retain information. I consider myself a pretty astute student, and do well at college, so there is no reason for me to change. I definitely recommend this drug, although don't take it if you feel uncomfortable with taking drugs for problems you don't have.

Best support out there for kids who cannot take ADHD drugs or those whose parents don't want to give drugs. Also works well for adults who feel they have trouble staying focused and alert.
