I would say I feel more upbeat and in control while taking Brain Alert, I feel more as though I can notice more things going on. It seems to give a nice boost of energy for regular daily tasks which can really help out. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a little help on their daily routines if they are struggling with small things.

If I had not had a good night sleep and need to be more alert during the next, I would used Brain Alert. Worked very well for me and prevented me from having any blackout and helped in concentration, specially during deadlines.
