Wonderful product. Dramatic boost to energy, memory, and mood. Completely natural and healthy. Take this and life feels good. I prefer the crystallized version so that I can mix it in smoothies and add the nutritional boost of fresh fruits. I cannot recommend Ancient Sun's entire line enough. This is why people fall in love with living healthfully.

Short Term Fix

After my pregnancy, I had trouble with simple memory exercises. Everything from tasks that needed to be done or simple conversational vocabulary would slip my mind at inopportune times. I used this product and it helped me regain some of that lost focus. I don't know if I would rely on this for long term use, but it worked wonders for a short term fix!
