Actually I took the gaba to help me sleep. It worked for about 6 weeks then my body got used to it.

My husband and I have both been using these, they provide a comfortable deep sleep. I easily get to sleep and remain sleeping throughout the night. I feel more rested in the morning than I have in years.

I love this stuff. GABA is by far the best I have tried so far. I take it two times a day. I don't yell near as much as I used to. I stay calm is some pretty hairy times. You can't beat the price.

After hearing about GABA in a psychology class and hearing its effects, I thought that trying this might be just what I needed to help with stress, memory and general alertness. I can definitely recommend GABA for anyone that needs an extra edge to their academic side of life.

One of my roommates has sworn by GABA for almost a year now, and recently he offered I try some. After about three days use, I did notice a slight increase in my memory recall. I also seemed to be generally more focused on tasks and tests. These effects were mild enough that I could not positively correlate them to taking the drug. My advice is to try it, and if you feel it helps you, keep it up!
