Extremely Effective

If used as directed, this product is beneficial to diabetics. This product was chosen because it contains pure R-ALA wth biotin. You must give it at least 6-8 weeks for your cells to get saturated depending on severity of diabetes and insulin resistance. It is an insulin memetic and I have used it for 2 years along with Dr. Richard Bernstein's 6-12-12 eating program (6 grams cho at breakfast, 12 for lunch & dinner) my numbers are in the 89-100 range. Also take with evening primrose oil.

I heard this product was great, so I tried it. It didn't work at all but it seemed to make me non drowsy during the day.

I used this product and it was a little better than average. What it did was make me have diarrhea after I ate. It did help me lose a few pounds, so I liked that. What I didn't like was being in the restroom. I only gave it 3 weeks so I am not sure if I took it longer if that would have just gone away.
Pretty Darn Good.

This product seemed to be pretty darn good. Utilizing carbs is very important for diabetics, and this product is great at doing that. It works fast and safely, and the price is pretty reasonable.
Too Pricey

Although I did not feel that Insulow helped me to control my glucose levels, it did give me a boost of energy after eating carbs. I felt that Insulow was too pricey for as little as it actually did after taking it for 2 weeks.
