This product is a must have if you, or any family member, is at risk of having diabetes. About 80% of my family is diabetic and 10% of the other members started taking this prevention product. It seems like it is helping as we haven't been diagnosed with diabetes, so we will continue taking it.

If you are at risk of diabetes, for example if it runs in the family or if you have high blood sugar, then you want to make sure you are safe by taking this. My brother started using this and he is the only one in the family that hasn't been diagnosed with diabetes.
