I have always had trouble with my digestive system, and have mostly relied on fiber supplements to keep me regular. They are effective most of the time, but when I am really having problems I have to rely on laxatives. I have taken Tam Herbal Laxative many times now and am very pleased with the results. It is very gentle and does not cause cramps. I would recommend this to anyone who wants fast but gentle relief.
