This is a great supplement for those wanting to add acidophilus to their diet. I actually bought this for my dog when the vet recommended she add it to her diet. I chose the carrot juice option because it just seemed like the better choice. It calmed her stomach within days. I also take it now after seeing how well it worked with her, and I am very happy with it. I don't like yogurt so this is a great alternative and a great way to get the good bacteria for your digestive tract.
