Doesn't do much

I didn't notice any changes when I was taking this regularly. They recommend that you take it twice a day--before breakfast and after dinner. I didn't notice a difference in anything. However, this stuff didn't taste all that horrible. It's a lot better than buying the powder and mixing it into water. It was a little scary to look at...grayish and cloudy.


Pull It Out

Hydrated Bentonite is a keep-around-the house product. Great to take when you have too much to eat or drink. Also makes a great soaking product to detox yourself in the bath.
