i tried the regular puritan's pride colon clenser, after several days it started to work, however There were NO directions on how long I should take this product.
Can anyone give me info on this?

Not convinced

I've used this product in the past, but am unsure of it's effectiveness. The first couple days I took it, my stomach/digestive tract was very unsettled, so it seemed as though it was doing something - but I could not tell after that if my body had just gotten used to it or what. I had pretty bad gas while I was taking it, and think it was related to the tablets.
