I used First Cleanse because well, it was my first cleanse. I might as well have done no cleanse. Did not notice anything despite taking the fibre supplement, drinking more water and eating only earth food. I can't recommend this product.--I am also a very tiny person and usually sensitive to remedies.

I used this product and followed its instructions to the letter. If it was supposed to be cleansing, well, I didn't notice. A few months later my sister also tried this product and had the same results that I did. Nothing. We didn't feel any better, have more bowel movements, skin or mind clarity, etc. We feel we cannot in good faith recommend this product.
