I have found this product to be great. I would be careful for those that have stomach ulcers as the cayenne pepper can irritate the stomach. I can't take this product if my ulcer is playing up or is feeling sensitive for that reason.
It does however clean out the body as stated. I also found it curbed my sugar cravings and made me not as hungry. I went on it for the 3 months as recommended and now only use when needed. I worry about my body becoming too dependent on it.

This product worked well at first. However, now, it seems less effective. Also, my doctor told me that if I stayed on it too long, my colon might get lazy.

This was recommended to me by a friend. So far, no side effects which is a good thing. I noticed my blood pressure came down after using it for 8 weeks even though in the past it had been alittle high. That wow'd me. What i don't care for is the taste. But that's it. I would recommend this product, and I would definately recommend ordering from HealthWisdom than any other merchant. I am making this a regular annual routine. Spring cleaning.

I have been taking this product for just 3 days and it has already made an immediate and significant impact on my digestive health. True, it doesn't taste great, but I find mixing it in a sweet juice (like apple or cherry) can really help when gulping it down. Keeping well hydrated is important too or it will make you constipated. I would highly recommend it though.

I've been using this for 3 weeks now because I was disgusted with the taste of Metamucil. I'm happy with HFB because I was just tired of tasting grainy fake flavored drinks. I love this product and would recommend it to anyone.

This product works really well for me and I have experienced no side effects. Better than the others I have used in the past. I think it could be a little cheaper, but all in all, a great product.

I've tried other colon cleansers but this one takes the cake. Sure, it might not taste that great, but if you can fight that, then you can reap the benefits of this product. It's not as complicated as some of the crazy cleansers I've tried and it's at a reasonable price considering I used to pay a lot more for something that wasn't even half as effective. Give it a try and see how your body thanks you!

This product really works. Within hours of first drinking this product, I felt so much better. It cleaned me out and I didn't feel bloated or anything. The only problem with this is, I would gag every time I went to drink a glass. Maybe it was just me or maybe it's just nasty. I would rather take the pill form but the product does what it says it does!

Works REALLY great! Tastes REALLY nasty! Alone anyways, but you can get it down with some kind of sweetener added (sugar, splenda, fruit juice). DO IT, because the results surely are worth it. I have been using this product along with Barley Green for 12 years now and am glad I started when I did!

Herbal Fiber Blend is a blessing!
I admit it. I should eat better foods but in my busy life I just don't take the time to eat right always. This product is so effective, my wife and 3 of our friends now won't use anything else. My Doctor told me those intestinal pains were probably a type of diverticulitis and had me take all kinds of chemical junk that cost a lot and did almost nothing. Those days are over and in fact I have not had a recurrence (2 previous painful bouts) in a year since taking your product. I like to mix it with a Cranberry-Raspberry or Cran-Grape blend (no sugar added version of course) or Apple juice. I even tried the expensive fiber pills at the Natural food store, NO GOOD! I can GO normally again (I still can't believe what was in me sometimes), Thank you so much for inventing this product.

I have tried many colon cleanse products. This one is absolutely the best. Of course, it tastes bad, but if you mix it in juice, you can live with it. Do not stay on a product like this for too long. Your body can get used to it and the colon can get lazy.

I would give Herbal Fiber blend a four star rating...mainly because I like the tablets better than the powder (seems to act better in my system). I take the tablets with warm water so they dissolve quickly in the intestine. Thank you for an excellent product. If you've not read the booklet by the author of Herbal Fiber Blend...you should! Great information.

I give this product 4.5 stars because it works great. It will definitely clean you out and give you more energy. I wish it tasted better, but if you mix it in apple juice it is not too bad.
