This product is awesome! It works just like Alli, but without the nasty side effects! I take 2 tablets 30 minutes before dinner and the next morning, I can literally see the fat/oil the next morning in the toilet when I go to the bathroom. I didn't have any side effects like I did with Alli. I will continue to use thermobond.
