If you don't take enough fiber in your diet, 2 of these tablets do the work. Multi fiber has definitely helped me with constipation. I get a better feeling after I have a bowel movement. Also it is not very pricey.

This powdered fiber product mixes without clumping, and it has a natural orange flavor already, so it works well with orange juice or pineapple juice. It also doesn't give me gas the way that some other fiber supplements do.
