I usually do not eat much fruits and vegetables because I am not a big fan. But I know that I still need my daily value of twenty five grams of fiber each day. This product helps relieve constipation. For me, it works almost instantly! I've been using this for about a month, and I plan on continuing to use it. If you don't like fruits or vegetables, you should still consume your fiber each day! Try this product, it helps with bowel movement. It is priced right, as for most health food products are pretty expensive.
Regularity

My daughter was having severe issues with regularity. The doctor recommended increasing her fiber intake through diet which just wasn't getting the job done. I decided to give her Everybody's Fiber because I had heard from a friend that it was very effective and it didn't irritate the bowels. My friend was right. About 3 days after my daughter started taking the pills her stomach pains and stomach cramps left and she began to have regularly bowel movements daily instead of weekly plus she liked the taste when I mixed it with juice.
Use it or lose it!

If you don't use good fiber, you are going to lose out on having a good digestive system. You need good fiber in order for everything to digest properly. I haven't had stomach problems in over a year since using this product. It is absolutely wonderful.....and more natural than those other fibers out there.
Everybody's Fiber

I take Everybody's Fiber daily for cleansing my bowel. Everybody's Fiber is one of the best products out on the market. I mix my Everybody's Fiber with orange juice. Everybody's Fiber is great for all bowel-related problems.
Get Enough Fiber

We know how important fiber is, but some products are not suitable for those with bowel problems. Everybody's Fiber is. I have had great results from this product even those who have IBS or senstive bowel.
Great for IBS

I used this product during pregnancy when I had trouble with constipation. I had my doctor approve it for me. It worked very well, and I did not even have to take it but 1-2 times per day.
