I wasnt to fond of the oatmeal appearance or thick unblended portions of napalina flax seed when mixed with water or juice. instead i was recomended Numia performance fiber which has great flavor helps maintain my ideal weight and to go along with it i highly recommend taking Numia dietary capsules for those who want to keep loosing weight without any side effects!

after trying it i felt like i was never going to be able to get out the bathroom felt sick after, this wasnt my first time receiving a bad batch. I found a better that just works called numia performance fiber nutrition

i love it i have cronic constipation.. and this has been the best... i've also lost about 20 lb in the time i've been on it..


Made me sick

Oh my god, I thought that this would practically cure cancer from they way they advertise but horribly harsh on the lower intestine and blood in my stool. I took it to the pharmacy and they said it wasn't finely ground and that they are using metamucil fibre mixed in.
