This is great if you hate drinking those fiber mixes to help with digestion. Papaya has been said to aid in digestion by metabolizing enzymes/proteins. So, now I take papaya capsules to help rev up my metabolism instead of mixing the thick fiber powder with water. It has no taste and the capsules are easy to swallow.

My mom has some digestive problems, and this Papaya Enzyme helps her to eat some normal food, instead of having to be on Ensure or whatever all the time. She really likes this product .
