Effective and safe

I always had a problem with diarrhea and was afraid fiber would make it worse. My doctor explained that fiber would help absorb the excess liquid and make a more normal bowel movement. I was hesitant to try it but figured if it worked for me then I'd have less cramping and less frequent trips to the bathroom. Well, it took about 3-4 days for my movements to start to get regular and instead of 3-4 bathroom trips I was down to 1 or 2. It really has made a difference in my life and now I don't have to be so worried about "where's the bathroom"? I sprinkle it on my morning cereal and that seems to do the trick for me.

Very effective formula! I don't exactly like the taste but the benefits "super seed" the bad taste. I use it as a drink most the time but have bought gel caps and that works well too. Either way its a great product for overall health.

I love this product! It delivers all it says it will. My daughter has Chrone's Disease and this product was a true blessing to her overall health. I do recommend that you somehow incorporate it into a food source of your choice so that it will "go down" with ease. We did end up putting it into capsules and found that to work the best.
