My mom tried this product when she was dieting. She was feeling sluggish and out of energy and turned to this program. After about a week she said that she really noticed a difference in the way she felt. The sluggish feeling was gone and she felt more alive. The only downside to the product was that after awhile the results diminished and some of the sluggishness returned.
