No indigestion

I was diagnosed with acid reflux and gastritis and the recommendation from the doctor was to limit irritating foods and Prilosec. Since I have always preferred alternative medicine I researched various products and came across Probiotics. I have been taking this product for about a month, and I have noticed a big difference. I take one after every meal and I don't have the heartburn, the inflammation and swelling of the stomach, and I am able to tolerate spicy foods. These are great and an easy and affordable alternative as the Prilosec are very expensive.
