This product was recommended to me at our local health food store. I had gallbladder surgery two years ago, and have had an awful time with frequent, urgent BM's, Lypo Gold states right on the label that one of it's uses is for gallbladder distress. One week of use and my life is back to normal! I could not be more pleased. Before this I would stay home rather than risk not being able to find a bathroom!

I followed the directions on bottle for weight loss. I lost about 5 pounds in 30 days which suprised me because at the time I was away from home and not able to be all that strict with my eating. I did drink plenty of water though and walked daily plus I am quite active in general.
